All orders will be packed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. All orders are packed with rigid or padded mailers for protection and tracking. All sales are final. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended, please fill out contact form as soon as possible, preferably before shipment.
✨ Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
Domestic orders will take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to ship. All orders will receive a tracking number.
If your package has been lost or misdelivered, please contact your local postal service. Once shipped, all packages are under control of your local postal service. Lost/delayed packages cannot be refunded.
✨ Refunds/Replacements/Returns
All sales are final. Replacements are optional for damaged or lost items. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please fill out contact form for replacement options.
✨ International Shipping
International orders will take around 2 to 4 weeks or more depending on your location.
Customers will be responsible in paying any customs, duty, VAT, or any additional fees upon the package's delivery. Please include your phone number with your address at checkout to help prevent misdelivered or returned packages. USPS is used for international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to countries in the EU or on the USPS Suspension List.
